Search the roster by scrolling the list or by using a search box on the page. Take note of the booking date and charge to find the right case. Dallas County is a small county, so the list is not huge on most days.

The Sheriff has legal charge of the jail under Arkansas Code § 12-41-502. That means the office sets the rules for booking, housing, and release. Deputies book people from Fordyce PD arrests, state trooper stops on US-167 and I-530, and warrant service by the Sheriff's own patrol team.
Dallas County Jail Facility

As of May 16, 2022, the jail does not take inmate mail at the Fordyce address. Personal mail goes to PO Box 591, Longview, Texas 75606. Only money orders, legal mail, and medical mail still go to the Fordyce address at 106 South Charlotte, Fordyce, AR 71742. All mail must include the inmate name and the booking or jacket number. Envelopes must have a return address.
Mail size and content rules are strict. Envelopes over 8.5 by 11 inches are rejected. Each mailing can have no more than five pages. Only one photo is allowed per mailing.
